Where each message goes

Greeting and away message

In the WhatsApp Business app, open Settings, then Business tools. Paste the greeting into Greeting message and the away message into Away message, and set the away message to run outside your hours. Our WhatsApp Business cheat sheet walks through every setting.

Quick replies

Business tools, then Quick replies. Add each one with its shortcut. In any chat, type "/" and the shortcut to send it in two taps.

Easiest way to get them onto your phone

Tap "Send to my WhatsApp" and choose your own chat (WhatsApp calls it "Message yourself"). Then copy each message from that chat into Business tools.

Can I change the wording?

Please do. These are starting points. Fill in the [brackets], cut what doesn't apply, and make it sound like you.
